I hope and pray we can stop any sale to any corporation. Our opinions and questions are being ignored by the Board. We all have worked too long and too hard for an over zealous small group whose power has gone to their heads destroy it all. I hear so many things from different folks I do not know the facts. Anyone out there know know any facts? Please everyone come to the meeting at the Ranch House this Saturday. Please tell your friends and neighbors to attend. bring Water and spray bottles because we will most likely be locked out by the board. If anyone knows a lawyer looking for a CAUSE here we are!!!!! I have contacted channel 12 investigative news team to get help. The more folks able to call and e-mail, the better the opportunity we'll have to get help from them. Their phone number is 602-260-1212 between 11AM to 1 PM Monday through Friday!Get involved before it is too late. I cannot trust anyone who is so non-transparent. I personally feel this entire fiasco is CRAZY! HELP!!!!!!

The meeting was held at the Ranch House patio at noon July 1, 2013. Items discussed: 1. The funds that are held by National Bank of Arizona as security for the loan from the bank to Beaver Creek Community Development Corporation will be called within the next thirty days. This will result in the establishment of a direct loan between the LLC and BCCDC. The board of BCCDC has recognized this obligation in a board motion. 2. Various discussions regarding the relationship of the LLC to BCCDC were held. 3. It was expressed that all sides have the same goal of the survival of the property and enhancement of the community, therefore it would be in everyone's interest for civil behavior to be the rule of the day. I've worked every day at the restaurant and golf course as a volunteer for over 2 years. All I can say is that this community has got to stop the bickering and name calling and work together to make this place go forward.
