The Beaver Creek Ranch House and Golf
Club have long been a community asset. Through years of little or no
maintenance, the NOW CLOSED restaurant building and golf course are in
poor operating condition, spiraling on a downward economic trend.
To reverse this trend a CORE ACTION TEAM of residents have formed a community coalition focused on restoring the historic Beaver Creek Ranch House Restaurant and Golf course as RESTORED - PROFESSIONALLY OPERATED - COMMUNITY OWNED & CONTROLLED ASSETS reminiscent of days gone by.
