The Ranch House Coalition needs you to "Pay It Forward" through your membership and support.
Our IMMEDIATE objective is to raise sufficient capital to secure the purchase and restore the Ranch House Restaurant and Golf Course properties. The purchase of the 110 acre Beaver Creek Golf Course in addition to the Ranch House Restaurant has expanded the the scope of our barn raising plans to include restoring the open space as well.
The historic Ranch House Restaurant is the bread and butter of the community and can reach a level of sustainability in a relatively short period, projected early in the lease period. Beyond sustainability, the restaurant can be an economic engine for the overall Beaver Creek community and a needed service for the eastern Verde Valley. Your Ranch House Coalition Membership helps raise the necessary funds for materials and equipment to support our barn raising efforts. It also covers the licensing and start up costs needed for a late Fall 2011 opening.
The Beaver Creek golf course require the support and resources of not only its members but visitors and residents of the Verde Valley and surrounding areas to obtain an economically sound and self-sustaining level long after its restoration. Restoration of the course not only provides a renowned recreation facility for Lake Montezuma and surrounding areas, but also creates jobs, contributes to area property values and provides an economic stimulus for the entire Beaver Creek community. Your community golf course membership contributions are directed to the initial general renovation fund for the golf course. Your membership is equally valuable in the efforts to restore and preserve land and home values in Lake Montezuma.
While your memberships supports the initial renovations and use of the restaurant and course, the venture is secured by community partners. By electing to become a RHC Community Development LLC voting member, your minimum $5,000 capital investment is used as cash collateral against bank financing to secure the restaurant and golf course real estate and assets purchase.
